On the Upload screen, tap ‘Choose Files’. Select ‘Photo Library’, select one or more images, and then tap ‘Add’ (not ‘Show Selected’, which has some additional options for resizing)
Note: you should keep the files selected at their full original resolution. The AtomJump uploader will resize these correctly prior to uploading, regardless, to save on bandwidth used.

To Stop Flickering Images
Android - Chrome - To Stop Flickering Images
On an Android phone, if you are connecting to a non-secure ‘http’ Messaging server, and your phone browser’s setting’s ‘Lite Mode’ is
switched on, you will likely find images seem to flicker every 5 seconds or so.
We would recommend switching ‘Lite Mode’ off to stop the flickering in your phone’s Chrome Browser Settings page. Alternatively, if an ‘https’ domain is associated with the server, the problem should disappear.

All Browsers - My video app is not starting? - Try refreshing your homepage icon
After some time a browser-based home-screen icon may no longer support video conferencing, or some other parts may become non-functional. This can happen with e.g. Chrome on an Android, as the version of Chrome associated with the homepage icon may not be the same as the latest version of Chrome on the phone itself.
In this case, we recommend deleting the home-screen icon (usually hold your finger down on the icon, and then choose 'Delete' or 'Remove'). Then repeat the process of creating the icon again from the 'Install' link on the AtomJump page.

Q. My video or audio isn't working during video-conferencing?
A. Try adjusting your browser's site permissions
All Browsers - My video or audio isn't working during video-conferencing? - Try adjusting your browser's site permissions
If the video conferencing picture, or the audio are switched off and cannot be switched back on again with the interface controls, you may have selected 'No' to 'Do you want to Share Video / Audio', and the browser might have saved this preference. This could be stored in the browser's 'cache' (a) or 'site permissions' (b). You can either clear the entire cache (which may upset some other sites), or, more safely, you can try to find individual site permissions in your browser, for the AtomJump pages.
More information on clearing the cache, section 1 (English). More information on changing site permissions, section 2 (English)
